The Master Grade Pro Essential Poultry Shear makes quick work of breaking down chicken, turkey and other poultry. The curved blade follows the shape of the bird, the serrated edge grips slippery skin and joints, and the notch near the pivot holds small bones in place while you cut.
The spring-action handle opens the blades for you after every cut, so your hand does less work through a long prep session. When you are done, the locking clasp keeps the blades closed for safe storage.
